03 / Background
Technical experience. Practical leadership.
Through eXodus Computer Solutions, I've worked on computer repairs, upgrades, networks, and server migrations since 2008. I continue that work part-time while pursuing a technical repair role in NYC.
My volunteer fire service also brings a teaching perspective. As a Captain with the Rockaway Borough Fire Department, I serve as an in-house trainer for apparatus pump operations and driving, and as lead trainer for new firefighters.

Looking for a technician who likes a challenge?
I bring hands-on hardware repair, troubleshooting, and systems experience to technical teams. Based in New York City, I’m open to employment opportunities and independent repair projects.
What to include in a repair inquiry
The device make and model, a description of the problem, when it started, and any previous repair attempts will help me understand the issue. We can discuss scope and next steps before any work begins.
